・Information about taste and nutrients
Rice flour has a glutinous texture and absorbs less oil than wheat flour. Rice flour does not contain gluten, so it is expected to be effective against allergy symptoms and celiac disease, an autoimmune disease.
Campagne is a bread for adults that smells of fragrant brown rice when baked, and is characterized by its glutinous texture and peculiar dough made from healthy brown rice flour.
Rice contains protein, carbohydrates, fat, inorganics, vitamin B1, vitamin E and other nutrients.
Brown rice flour (Libre Flour) contains high levels of B vitamins, vitamin E, K minerals, protein, fat, and dietary fiber. It is also rich in minerals such as iron, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, and calcium.

Special production
We have developed a technology to produce rice flour bread without using yeast, gluten, or thickeners, and to produce 100% rice flour bread with good puffiness using only the basic ingredients of "rice flour, libre flour, kibira sugar, rice oil, alpha rice flour, pi salt, Shirakami Kodama yeast, and plantain.”

Production method
Input of all ingredients → Mixing → Dividing → Forming → Primary fermentation → Burning → Finishing

Special attention to the production location
No wheat flour is allowed in the production area, creating a completely gluten-free environment.
