Product features

Our company was founded in 1885, and we have been striving to improve the quality of our products by accurately passing on our techniques. The average age of our factory is now in the 30s, and we have seen a breakthrough in the younger generation, but we still maintain our craftsmanship, which is why we are a highly regarded company.
The production line is FSSC 22000 certified, which means that the management of production staff and supervisors is well managed.
This is an organic JAS compliant product.
As we are also Ecocert certified, we can provide Euroleaf information upon request at the time of transaction. (Currently not listed).
Organic products that have obtained the international organic certification Ecocert. Mugi-miso, a food culture of Kyushu, has become a niche market with less than 4% of the domestic production share. One of the reasons for this is the high degree of technical difficulty in making the "barley malt" used to make barley miso, making it difficult to manufacture.
Because barley is the main ingredient in "barley miso," its flavor is different from that of "rice miso" and other products in the regular market. It has been recognized as a product genre that is well suited for people in Europe, where wheat and barley are part of the diet. (During test marketing)
The product is packaged with a nozzle for ease of use.
Our commitment to organic products is "for children in the future."
