This is the highest grade soy sauce, carefully made from the raw ingredients of soy sauce, Kiage soy sauce, in a "Moromi-kura" using yeast bacteria and traditional techniques that have existed in the brewery for over 150 years. No sweeteners or preservatives are used in this soy sauce, and quality of ingredients is fully utilized.
