This is a top quality sweet soy sauce made with the finest ingredients.
It is made with soybeans and wheat from Kyushu and wasanbon, one of the rarest and most expensive domestic sugars, to give it an elegant sweetness. The addition of red sake, which has been handed down from generation to generation in Kumamoto, adds richness to the dish.
This sweet soy sauce is unique to Kyushu, and is made without any added sweeteners or preservatives.
This is a one & only product made with akazake and wasanbon. With no sweeteners or preservatives, you can feel the original aroma and taste of the ingredients.
